Where is my data stored?
On your machine, in plain local files. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. You can export or back up your entire journal at any time.
What's in Free vs Pro?
Free covers the full journaling core: trade logging, CSV import, KPI dashboard, journal, playbook and risk rules. Pro adds MetaTrader 5 sync, live market data (charts, watchlist, scanner), deep statistics drill-downs and priority support.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and enter your card at checkout — Polar holds it but charges nothing for 7 days. Cancel any time during the trial (self-service, via the Polar customer portal) and you pay nothing at all. If you keep Pro, the first charge happens when the trial ends, and a receipt is emailed to you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. Email support@ordojournal.com or reply to your receipt; we confirm within 48 hours. See the refund policy for details.
How do I cancel?
Self-service, any time, through the Polar customer portal linked from your receipt — no email needed. Your Pro access runs until the end of the paid period, and your local data stays yours forever.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows desktop today. An iPhone companion app with local-network sync is in development and will be included with Pro when it ships.
Does Ordo place trades?
No. Ordo is a journal and analytics tool — it reads your history (manually, via CSV, or from MT5) and never touches your broker account.
